All packages are sent via US Postal Service Priority with delivery confirmation within the U.S. Smile Spa at Oxford Valley charges a flat shipping fee of $4.95 for orders up to $50.00, $50-$100 is $7.95, and all orders $100 and up receive FREE priority shipping (U.S. only). To qualify for Free shipping, your order total must meet the requirements after any discounts or promotions have been applied and before any shipping fees or sales tax is added if applicable. Average ship time for priority shipping is 3-4 business days within the U.S.
*sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Pennsylvania at 6%
Refused/Undeliverable Addresses
Any package that is refused or returned because of an undeliverable address will have the shipping charge deducted from your refund. Actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if the Free shipping offer was used and the package was returned or refused to us because of customer error. If a returned package needs to be reshipped because incorrect information was provided, the customer is responsible for paying those fees. Smile Spa is not responsible for any package loss after the delivery confirmation states that the package has been delivered.
