Arrival Times
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. We hope you understand that certain conditions are necessary for the benefit of all of our clients. If you are late for an appointment, the allotted time for your treatment will be shortened accordingly, with no fee adjustment.

Cell Phones
Be considerate with the use of cell phones during your appointment and turn them off when entering the Spa.

Payments
We accept Cash, Check, American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. A credit card deposit is required for certain treatments and all packages are to be paid in full.

Gift Certificates/Cards
Gift Certificates or Cards are available to be purchased for any services.

Cancellations
Please be courteous and cancel appointments 48 hours in advance. This allows other clients an opportunity for services.
